Massage therapist and an UQAM graduate in Social Sciences, Olivia has also been a Personal trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for over 20 years. She holds multiple fitness certifications and coaches a wide variety of clients looking to improve their quality of life. She has an energetic passion for helping people reach their health & fitness goals. She decided to become a massage therapist because she strongly believes that therapy treatments should be included in any stress management program. She wants to make sure that her customers enjoy their active lifestyle with a sense of well-being and without pain or injury.
